Grinder Robot Simulator in Visual Python (Video)
Here's a robot video that I found interesting:This is a short clip showing my new robot simulator, written in visual python. The Inverse Kinematics calculations from my main robot python program are fed into the simulator, showing me what the robot's legs will do while the code runs, meaning I don't need to be running the robot to develop and debug the code. Read more about Grinder at www.gotrobots.com/grinder/ - the simulator code is up at www.gotrobots.com/grinder/simulator/

Will 3D Printing Change the World? | Off Book | PBS (Video)
Here's a robot video that I found interesting:Much attention has been paid to 3D Printing lately, with new companies developing cheaper and more efficient consumer models that have wowed the tech community. They herald 3D Printing as a revolutionary and disruptive technology, but how will these printers truly affect our society? Beyond an initial novelty, 3D Printing could have a game-changing impact on consumer culture, copyright and patent law, and even the very concept of scarcity on which our economy is based. From at-home repairs to new businesses, from medical to ecological developments, 3D Printing has an undeniably wide range of possibilities which could profoundly change our world. Grant Imahara gets a taco by copter at RoboGames 2013 (Video)
Here's a robot video that I found interesting:**VIEWER WARNING: A number of Taco Bell Doritos Locos tacos WERE harmed in the making of this video (many eaten, a few "chopped").** The guys at Mad Lab Industries are at it again, now with a Pro Level Hex-copter custom built platform. This time they didn't add legs or anything like that this time... They decided to make Taco-slinging Copter. After a few quick ideas and a Lexan graciously donated by a nearby booth, Mad Lab Industries team quickly modified the Camera system on their Grasshopper Hexacopter with a delivery tray. Then we started dropping tacos on unsuspecting attendees at RoboGames 2013! Luckily, Grant Imahara managed to take a break from judging the event so he could try an airborne taco. He was not disappointed. ---------- http://madlabindustries.com/ https://twitter.com/MLICopters https://www.facebook.com/MadLabIndustries
