1st Kondo Land Robot Competition: YASHIGANI

“YASHIGANI”, which means Coconut Crab in Japanese, did quite well during the Kondo Land Robot Competition this Thursday.

You can't tell from the video, but the bed of styrofoam peanuts covers a rotating turntable that makes it extremely difficult for robots to get any traction and escape the hazard.
