Foldy robot user interface makes complex operations simple (Video)


At Siggraph 2009 in New Orleans a couple months ago, Yuta Sugiura and his group from the Keio University Media Design Graduate School presented a new graphical instruction system they developed as the user interface for a garment folding robot. The system, appropriately named "Foldy" is explained in detail in the video below.
