Sony Vaio P: A Great Looking Computer, But ….

With more than a dozen robots and humanoids in our active collection that need a PC to either program or control them, we’re always in the market for a small yet powerful laptop. When Sony unveiled the Vaio P last month at CES we thought it just might be exactly what we’ve been searching for.

Unfortunately, Walt Mossberg threw a big bucket of cold water and reality on our dreams. Based on hands-on experience with the stylish Vaio P, Walt’s review reports that the unit’s sexy design appeal can’t compensate for it’s sluggish performance and impractically (for our applications) short battery life.
