A Great Loss

We were really sad to hear that Roland Piquepaille passed away last week. Although we never had the opportunity to meet face to face, Roland’s regular science and technology blog posts on Zdnet.com were a constant source of inspiration and insight. He was kind enough to mention some of our posts from time to time, and cared enough to gently take us to task when we failed to meet the high standards he set. He will be missed, and fondly remembered.
