What's the World's Heaviest Robot?

We all know that the TOMY i-SOBOT holds the title as the "World's Smallest Humanoid Robot", but what robot is currently the "World's Heaviest"? It looks like that title will be grabbed by an autonomous 700 ton mining truck currently in development at Caterpillar.

Caterpillar has teamed up with researchers at Carnegie Mellon University to add autonomous features and capability to its massive mining vehicles. Much of the basic technology will come from CMU's success in the DARPA Urban Challenge.
