Toyota Demonstrates Personal Transportation Robots (Video)

robot

Toyota just started showing off a series of new personal transportation robots (video below), dubbed the Winglet Type S, Type M, and Type L. The super small, highly maneuverable platforms look amazingly cool - kind of like motorized skateboards. The largest model, the Type L, has a handle for the rider, and comes kind of close to resembling a Segway. On the other hand, the small Type S appears to be guided by the shifting weight of its rider.

Wow! That is really cool. I especially like the smallest one.
