Cherubim Robot From Robot Force is a True Transformer (Video)
Iwaki-san, the guiding spirit driving the Robot Force organization in Osaka, and the co-author of the great KHR-Perfect
book, just posted a new video (see below) featuring Cherubim, his red 'Transformer' robot in action.
The Robot Force group is heavily involved in humanoid robot development, sales, marketing, support, and stages several major robot competitions including Robo-Fight and Robo-Gong. Iwaki-san definitely enjoys robotics, but more important, he really treasures the motivation, joy, and inspiration the hobby/sport provides to his customers, employees, and the spectators that attend their events.
So, it was natural for Robot Force to develop several Transformer type humanoid robots like Cherubim. These aren't 'toys' - they are fully functional humanoid robots that are capable of competing at the top levels in ROBO-ONE events and robot soccer matches.
