Taking To The Air (Video)
We’ve got walking, crawling, zooming, turtle slow and lightening fast robots. What don’t we have? How about a flying robot?
Okay, so it’s not quite a robot – at least not yet. But we’re sure that a talented hacker could turn the BladeRunner II Indoor (yes – we said ‘indoor’) helicopter into a flying robot without breaking a sweat by hacking the remote control. This little gadget is really sweet. It would be a fantastic addition to our RoboArmy.


The toy developer, Interactive Toy Concepts, is so confident that they demonstrated it in action during the CES 2006 show on the show floor. The I4U.com reporter captured the helicopter in action and did a brief interview with James Elson, the production development manager -
