Solutions Are All Around Us

We've all experienced it. You've been up working on your robot until all hours of the morning. You're tired and frustrated, but you think that you have finally gotten the last bug out of it and it's ready to test. Only problem is you can't think of a quick way to put together an obstacle course to test it on. . . .

Think again. You've got a whole closet full of them. . .

They're called shoes and boots! The ultimate obstacle for robot testing. They're heavy enough to stay in place, yet light enough to move if your robot malfunctions and tries to run directly into them. They're soft enough so that they won't damage or break your bot. And, you don't have to run out to the hardware store to buy stuff to fabricate anything.

Pretty cool.

Definitely one of those 'I wish that I had thought of that' ideas.
