Robot fish, or the real McCoy?

Robot fish
CNN.com reports that the London Aquarium is featuring life-like robotic fish that move around the tanks so realistically that it's hard to tell them from the real thing.

Surprisingly enough, the robot fish are not following pre-programmed instructions has they maneuver around the aquarium. In a fashion apparently similar to the way that Roboraptor roams around, the robot fish use their sensors to swim around while not running headlong into the walls or other fish.

The project leader, Professor Huosheng Hu, and his team "... wanted to create the ultimate fish...." Of course, at this very moment in some computer science lab somewhere else on the planet there are several other AI research groups busily attempting to create the ultimate professor...
