Almir Heralic at Chalmers University in Sweden has developed  humanoid robot named HR-2 with 22 degrees of freedom. According to his website, HR-2 has stereovision, is able to coordinate hand/eye movement, can track and recognize faces, and can speak.

While I'm wondering what happened to HR-1, I'm definitely looking forward to seeing HR-3.
